Cookies and Cream Fudge
Decadent fudge with a taste of cookies and cream. A wonderful taste and mouthwatering deliciousness.

In a heavy sauce pan on low heat cook the condensed milk until almost hot enough to simmer. Turn off heat and stir in salt and white chocolate. Stir until chocolate mixture is smooth.
Turn the heat on again only if absolutely necessary; the condensed milk should be hot enough for the chocolate to melt completely. Stir in crushed cookies and immediately pour mixture into the baking dish. Spread evenly and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board and cut into squares. The fudge can be stored tightly covered at room temperature or in the fridge.
